The Warehouse Lofts was one of the first conversions of an industrial building into loft living spaces in the Atlanta area in 1986. The building is situated on three acres in the Kirkwood neighborhood on the south side of DeKalb Avenue just across from Candler Park. The Warehouse is conveniently located three minutes from Little Five Points, seven minutes from downtown Atlanta and five minutes from downtown Decatur. It is within five blocks of two Marta stations and ten minutes from the DeKalb Farmers market. Pets are welcome at the Warehouse.
